Roles we hire for.
We staff a mix of full-time crew members and project-based trade positions across Southeast Alabama. Openings shift with project load — apply anytime and we'll reach out as matching work comes up.
Entry-level and experienced laborers for commercial and residential jobsites. Reliable transportation and willingness to learn required.
Carpenters, concrete finishers, masons, roofers (shingle / metal / TPO), operators, and finish trades. Full-time and project-based.
Field leadership for commercial builds — schedule, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety on active jobsites.
Lead a specific crew (concrete, framing, roofing) from mobilization through punch-out. Prior lead experience preferred.
Office-based role managing budgets, submittals, RFIs, and client communication across commercial and high-end residential work.
