New fire station featuring a pre-engineered metal building envelope, three-bay apparatus front with red glazed overhead doors, stepped parapet, seal signage, and a columned public entry portico.
Pilgrim Home Baptist Church — Multipurpose Building Renovation
Full worship-space build-out of a multipurpose building — elevated stage, exposed black steel and duct ceiling, plank flooring, and integrated audio/video/lighting infrastructure.
Walden Pond Animal Hospital — Addition & Renovation
Addition and renovation of a veterinary hospital: heavy-timber entry porch with dark stained trusses, stucco exterior, stacked-stone wainscot, architectural shingle roof, and a vaulted lobby with stone reception wall and epoxy flake flooring.
Saddle Creek Manufactured Home Community — Phase I Infrastructure
Phase I site development for the Saddle Creek manufactured-home community off Harness Cove in Dothan: grading, road base, utilities, and lot infrastructure across the full master-planned neighborhood — including clubhouse, swimming pool, pickleball courts, playground, dog park, and pavilion amenities — delivered as a turnkey neighborhood-development package.
Saddle Creek — 27-Home Underground Power Conversion
Community-wide overhead-to-underground power conversion across 27 homes at Saddle Creek — trenching, conduit, and coordination with the local utility to modernize the neighborhood's electrical service while maintaining clean, finished front yards and streetscape.
Wright's Funeral Home & Crematory
Ground-up funeral home and crematory facility with hipped architectural shingle roof, covered drive-through porte-cochère, full parking, landscaping, and monument signage.

Ground-up drive-thru coffee facility built for a regional Ellianos Coffee franchise — stacked-stone and stucco exterior with a branded beam-and-canopy drive-thru window, dual menu boards, and full site work coordinated for a fast-turn commercial opening.
Culpepper Park Concession Stand
Two-story municipal ballpark concession, restroom, and press-box facility with standing-seam metal roof, brick veneer, and integrated site lighting.
Pilgrim Home Baptist Church
Church facility built with a pre-engineered metal building shell, brick wainscot, gabled brick entry tower, standing-seam awnings, and full site concrete — combining commercial roofing, masonry, and metal-building trades.
AAA Cooper Transportation
Ongoing commercial partner facility: low-slope roofing system installation accessed by telehandler on the two-story brick headquarters, a new concrete driveway serving the main truck entrance, and several additional roofing projects delivered across the property.
Bruce's Service Center
Commercial service facility for a local automotive service operator — pre-engineered metal building with blue trim accents, covered customer entry canopy, drive-in service bays, and a paved lot sized for daily fleet and customer traffic.
Private High-End Residential Construction
Architect-led custom residential work: two-story Victorian residence with wraparound porches and turned columns, covered outdoor pavilion with brick fireplace and pool, vaulted great room with stacked-stone accent wall, and full crane-set framing — the high-end residential portfolio Voak collaborates on from design through turnover.
SEACT — The Mack Building
Ground-up commercial facility for the Southeast Alabama Community Theatre (SEACT), branded as The Mack Building — restored historic masonry shell with new wood-truss roof framing set over the auditorium, a new home for the region's live-performance community.
Rehobeth Primary School Building C Reroof
Completed reroof of Building C at Rehobeth Primary School — new architectural shingle roof over the brick classroom wing and covered walkways, coordinated around an active academic campus with strict phasing and safety controls.
